These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between mcity888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "Member") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the domain https://mcity888.cam and any associated subdomains or applications.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

5.1 Deposits

mcity888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: FPX online banking, DuitNow QR transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, USDT, and BTC. The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless a specific promotional condition specifies otherwise. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-tier limits may require additional verification.

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. mcity888 reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where deposits are received from unverified or mismatched payment sources.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to fund the original deposit, subject to that method's availability for outgoing payments. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, the Platform may request verification of an alternative method in the Member's name.

Before a withdrawal is released, the Member must have completed KYC verification and must not have any active withdrawal holds arising from bonus wagering requirements, pending security reviews, or compliance checks. Withdrawal processing timelines depend on account tier and payment method, ranging from express processing for Gold VIP members to standard timelines for newly registered accounts.

5.3 Currency

The Platform's primary operational currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. mcity888 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• A Member may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent registrations by the same individual — regardless of name, email address, or device used — constitute multi-accounting and will be treated as fraudulent.
• mcity888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited are honoured under the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to exploit promotional offers through hedging, arbitrage betting, or systematic wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Bonus offers are for players aged 21 and above only. All promotional terms are subject to the age eligibility requirements stated in Section 3.

All wagers placed on mcity888 are subject to the game-specific rules applicable at the time of play. For sports betting, mcity888's sportsbook rules govern the settlement of all markets, including but not limited to: English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and esports events.

A wager is considered confirmed and binding once the Platform has accepted it and issued a confirmation reference. mcity888 reserves the right to void any wager where a manifest error in odds or game outcome occurs, where technical malfunction has materially affected the result, or where the wager was placed in breach of these Terms.

• Mix Parlay: Combination bets involving multiple selections are settled only when all legs are confirmed. A void or cancelled leg will reduce the parlay accordingly as per the Platform's sportsbook rules.
• Live Betting: In-play wagers are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended at any time. Bets confirmed before a suspension notification are honoured; those placed after a suspension is triggered may be voided.

• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the Platform.

All content available on mcity888 — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, platform design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, imagery, and data structures — is the intellectual property of mcity888 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, redistribution, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of mcity888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcity888 shall not be liable to any Member for: indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform; loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction; interruption of service; or any action or decision made in reliance on information provided by the Platform.

Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, and circumstances beyond the Platform's control may result in temporary unavailability. mcity888 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify Members in advance of planned maintenance windows where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

mcity888 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling among all Members. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Members in maintaining control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum loss thresholds per defined period to cap financial exposure from gambling activity.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading account information
• At the Member's own request, subject to the withdrawal of available real-money balances
• Inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy fee policies

Where an account is closed by mcity888 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, mcity888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including pending withdrawals.

mcity888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform (such as a notification banner or email to registered Members) prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure to withdraw your available real-money balance.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mcity888 holds its operational gaming licence.
